    Starting on Saturday 26th May to Sunday 27th May 2018. A showcase of Hertfordshire's finest farming , food, entertainment and shopping.  Eat, drink and enjoy the flavours of Hertfordshire in our local food courts across the showground.  Or take home local products from our "made" in Hertfordshire food and crafts marquee.  Meet your local farmers and their animals in the Hertfordshire Farmyard.  Come and enjoy a full day of family entertainment.  Plus why not bring along a picnic, see Happy's Circus and the hear the rock choir in the new village green.  Or take a step back in time in our countryside arena, full of master craftsmen, showing their skills.  All tickets include entertainment.

  • Open Gardens in aid of Grove Cottage

    Open Gardens in aid of Grove Cottage, Saturday 26th May 10am - 4.30pm. Programme of events: 10.30am - 11am Jess Daugirda singer Sylvia Young Theatre School.  11.15am - 12.15pm Sarah M Singer. 12.30pm- 1pm Jess Daugirda singer. 2pm - 2.15pm Adrienne & Malcom (singer and guitarist) 2.30pm - 3.00pm Ukes of Hazard (Sawbridgeworth Ukulele Group). 3.30pm - 4pm Ukes of Hazard. 4.30pm close.  Entry donation of £1. Tea and cake £2.50. Book stalls, craft stalls, plant sales and head massages (pre-bookable).

    Bank Holiday weekend at the Farm. Step back in time to the 1940's GI's and Home Guard.  Costumed re-actors. children's games  and a 1940's tea.  Seek out your rations on our family trail!  Event admission prices adult £6/ conc £6 conc £5/ family £14/ child £4. Under 5's are free.  Free entry for season holders. No free entry to Abbey for English Heritage members - reduced entry fee applies. Docky Tea Room available or bring a picnic.  Dogs on leads are welcome. Free parking.  11am -5pm

  • Isabel Hospice On your Bike

    Isabel Hospice present "On Your Bike" Sunday 27th May 2018. Starting and finishing at Bishop's Stortford Rugby Club.  There is a choice of 25km, 50km or 100km routes, through beautiful countryside. Book before 5th March and the cost is £12 per adult. After 5th March adult price is £20 and £8 per child.

  • Isabel Hospice Vitality 10K Run

    Monday, May 28, 2018 -
    10:00am to 12:30pm

    The Vitality London 10K run starts and finishes in St James Park through the City of London and the City of Westminster.  Runners follow a clockwise route passing many of London's famous sites including Admiralty Arch, Nelson's Column, St Paul's Cathedral, Big Ben, The Old Bailey, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament.  Follow in the footsteps of the elite athletes who will be battling the same route for the British 10K Championships! We are asking all Team Isabel members who sign up for this event to pledge to raise the minimum of £150 in sponsorship to help us continue our incredible work to provide FREE services to local patients and their families.

  • Cammas Hall Fruit Farm - Twinkle and Snug

    Cammas Hall Fruit Farm are looking forward to local business Twinkle and Snug, joining us on Tuesday 29th May 10- 2pm.  Why not join in our craft making day for all ages, no need to book. Rock painting, decorate your own birdhouse, or a plant pot etc.
